And we also do without annoying paperwork and long contract terms to make it as easy as possible for you. We don't know page-long rental contracts and security deposits that block your working capital. And if you do decide to leave the Lindbergh, you can terminate your space with 6 months' notice.

In our monthly flat rate the additional costs are included. So we save you the possible surprise at the annual billing. And if you wish, you can easily book the cleaning, furnishing and planting.

The Lindbergh office building is easily accessible, both by public transport (Glattalbahn, Tram, S-Bahn) and by private transport (connection to the A1/A4 freeway). In the immediate vicinity there are various restaurants as well as leisure and recreational facilities.
